Plan 2: Although using progressive die, its processing efficiency is relatively high. However, the shape of the progressive die is very large, and it is troublesome to manufacture the die. In this way, the cost of the progressive die is too high, and the die itself is not suitable for processing the bottle opener with very small shape and simple structure. Therefore, we do not want this kind of case.
Scheme 3: This requires a mold, and the accuracy of the bottle opener blank and the production speed can meet the requirements, and the key cost is not too high.
